I received my BA in Art and Visual Technology from George Mason University. My passion for art history, digital animation, and Mixed Media, a blend of art mediums and materials, is evident in my work. These interests often manifest in new art pieces that I create, combining various mediums to produce unique and engaging works.
I have experience teaching outside of the typical public school system with children from Prek-3 to Middle School. My passion and drive are to help guide young minds to explore their creativity and unique abilities and build their confidence.
Since 2004, I have called Cape Coral my home, where I enjoy outdoor activities and nature walks. As a parent of a first-grade daughter, I am constantly amazed by the magical moments she shows me, and I learn from her every day. Our home is also shared with a 10-year-old fur ball (dog) named Teak, who tries to rule the roost, and seven neon glo fish named Carrot, Elena, Strawberry, Lighting, Grape, Orange, and Yellow, who peacefully observe from their tranquil surroundings.
